stress sucks.. let it go
Release the negative effects of stress as soon as you are able in life. There is nothing more counter-intuitive than stressing about how you are going to do or accomplish something. Just Do It!.
Obviously some stress has a place in our lives as a motivator but it is not meant to paralyze us and keep us from forward momentum. Our brains tend to make up ways for us to believe how "real" the stress is but it's a choice like a lot of things.
